While prepping for a shoot today, I updated my camera report / log sheet template. I’ve been slowly refining these over the past few years, so in case they are of use to anyone (and also so I don’t need to spend 20 minutes looking for it next time), I’ve provided it for download below.
I also found a sound report template that I made ages ago, so I’ve uploaded it as well.
You might also be interested in the simple storyboard template that I made in high school (and still use today).
These documents are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Each document contains within it a licence notice, which, if untouched, satisfies these requirements. Use them on commercial shoots, but please don’t sell the template.
